Scope of processing
This website is static. As currently configured, it does not use its own cookies, a contact form, external fonts, embedded tracking scripts or web analytics by Free Studio.
Personal data is processed in particular when you access the website, contact Free Studio by email or WhatsApp or voluntarily provide information and materials as part of a project request.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status codes.
The purpose of this processing is the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website and the detection and correction of technical issues or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website.

Cookies and consent
As currently configured, this website does not set its own cookies and does not load non-essential third-party scripts. For this reason, no cookie banner requesting consent for analytics or marketing services is displayed.
Visitors can review the current status at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. If analytics, marketing, embedded maps, videos or comparable services are added later, they will be activated only after prior consent where consent is legally required.
Contact by email
If you contact Free Studio by email, the data you provide will be processed. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project description, budget information, desired result, attached files and other voluntary information.
The processing is carried out to handle the request, assess project suitability and prepare or perform a written project agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into an agreement or to perform an agreement. Otherwise, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to requests and documenting communication.
Email provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Free Studio uses Google Workspace for email communication. Personal data such as name, email address, message contents, attachments, communication times and technical metadata may be processed.
Google privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy. Google Workspace is covered by the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum or a corresponding data processing agreement.
Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact Free Studio via WhatsApp, the data you provide will be processed. This may include your phone number, profile information, message contents, communication times and project information voluntarily provided by you.
The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Use of WhatsApp is voluntary. You may contact Free Studio by email at any time instead.
Data in project requests and portfolio projects
Free Studio accepts only selected projects. There is no automatic right to free implementation. Accepted portfolio projects are performed without payment and without agreed remuneration. The basis is always a written project agreement.
In a project request or project agreement, project-related data may be processed, such as contact details, communication content, provided texts, images, logos, access information, technical requirements and approvals. Costs for third-party services, licenses, domains, hosting, software, external services, publication or deployment are commissioned only with the client's prior written consent.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for preparing and performing the project agreement and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the traceable organization, documentation and protection of project communication.
Recipients and disclosure
Personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary to handle a request, perform the project agreement, operate the website or comply with legal obligations.

Retention period
Data from general requests is deleted once the request has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further storage exist.
Data from project agreements and project-related communication is stored for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as necessary to document the agreement, preserve usage rights, maintain a portfolio reference according to the agreement or comply with statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The website is designed for data minimization: it has no automatically loaded external fonts, no embedded tracking pixels and no contact form transmission through the website. Project communication takes place by email or WhatsApp and based on the information voluntarily provided.
