Consumer dispute resolution
Free Studio is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a different legal obligation applies in an individual case.
The former obligation to link to the EU online dispute resolution platform ended on 20 July 2025. This website therefore does not link to the discontinued ODR platform.
Transparency about project work
Free Studio is a small project team for selected portfolio projects in Germany. Work on accepted portfolio projects is performed without payment and only on the basis of a written project agreement.
- No remuneration is agreed for the agreed project work.
- A project starts only after scope, goal, responsibilities, timeframe and usage rights have been recorded in writing.
- Free Studio decides at its own discretion whether to accept a project. There is no automatic right to free implementation.
- Costs for third-party services, licenses, domains, hosting, software, external services, publication or deployment arise only with the client's prior written consent.

The content of this website provides general information about Free Studio and does not constitute legal or tax advice.
This website currently does not provide an online shop, payment function or binding online booking process. Project requests are made by email and lead to a project only after individual review and written agreement.
